Methods: The total of 987 patients with BPH in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2019 was selected, all of whom underwent TURP, and the rate and reason for reoperation of all patients were observed.

Conclusion: The re-operation rate of BPH patients after TURP is low, but there are still some patients with recurrence.
